Introduction to BirminghamWelcomeHome.com Account

When you sign up for a search through our website, you are signing up for an account with BirminghamWelcomeHome.com. With your account, you can create custom searches and market reports.

For each of your saved searches, you can select the frequency of your messages from the dropdown menu. You can choose Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly. This option can be found on the Saved Search page of your profile. ?

Searches can be customized from the city to the subdivision or zip code of your desired area. If you are looking for more than one neighborhood or city, hold down the control button on your PC (or command button on your Mac). You can also select your property time by checking the boxes at the top the Property Details section. ?

You can get as detailed as you wish and narrowing your search based on the amenities, size, or price. Select these options from the drop-down menus and check those that apply (you can select multiple options in Sub Type, Amenities, and Stories drop-down menus).

While you search for homes, you can favorite homes that you like to share with the team and you can request viewings directly from the listing pages. ?
