Brock Point is a newer neighborhood in Hoover off of Hwy-280 and County Rd. 41. The neighborhood is a 30-minute commute from downtown Birmingham and 30-minutes from the center of Hoover. Brock Point is still developing and in October 2017 the Hoover planning commissioned approved the next phase of the neighborhood.
This new phase will add 32 homes to the neighborhood and will be built by Signature Homes, the builder of the previous phase of the neighborhood.
