To Paint, or Not to Paint...

There is a truth universally acknowledged, that a Realtor will suggest painting your home before you put it on the market. Painting is one of the least expensive and quickest changes you can do to a home to make it appealing to potential buyers. If you have the time and the skills, it’s something you can do yourself to save even more money.

However, I do suggest you speak with a professional before you invest the time or money into a paint color. I have seen houses where the owners decided to go with a color that the buyer instantly had to paint over.

There are also apps you can use to experiment with colors before you invest the money and time into a repaint.
