Griffin Park at Eagle Point

Griffin Park is a new subdivision being built in the Birmingham metro area located off Hwy. 280 on the site of the Old Eagle Point Golf Course. The neighborhood is zoned for Oak Mountain Schools, part of the Shelby County School System.

The Griffin Park neighborhood is being developed by both New Castle Homes and Harris Doyle Homes, two of the most popular home builders in the Birmingham metro area. The new homes range from the $300,000s to the $500,000s and will have a number of amenities for the community including walking trails, swimming pool, natural area, and more. Homes will have between 3 and 5 bedrooms and 2 to 4 bathrooms. These homes will also include options for basements, single-story living, space for 3 car garage parking, and more. This neighborhood includes a large variety of floorplans by both builders. 

Construction on new homes in Griffin Park will begin in the Spring of 2018 and construction on the clubhouse will begin in fall of 2018.
