Healthcare

Pelham is close to Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster, and Grandview Medical Center on Hwy 280. There are children's clinics, urgent care clinics, and various specialists located both on Hwy 31 and on Hwy 280. Pelham is about a 30-minute drive from UAB Hospital and St. Vincent's in downtown Birmingham.
