Located in Hoover, Blackridge is close to I-459, I-65, and Hwy 31. Blackridge is located just off Hwy 150, past the Hoover Met and Bumpus Middle School.
The Foothills at Blackridge is a new sector of the neighborhood that will add 227 homes to the area. The Bradbury at Blackridge is another sector of the neighborhood that began construction in 2022. It will include green spaces and a clubhouse.
Schools
Blackridge is zoned for the award-winning Hoover City School District. This includes Trace Crossing Elementary, Brock's Gap Intermediate, Bumpus Middle, and Hoover High School.
