The Hoover Met, located just a short drive down Hwy 150, hosts many events and has walking tracks, pickleball fields, a splash pad, and much more! Drive 15 minutes to go to The Summit for a day of shopping. Take the day Downtown and visit the zoo, botanical gardens, art museum, or the McWane Science Center!

Healthcare

The Cove at Lake Cyrus is closest to Grandview Medical Center on Hwy 280. There are primary care offices and urgent care clinics on Hwy 150.  UAB Hospital and St. Vincent's are about a 20-minute drive.
