Things to do in Hoover Area

Griffin Park is close to many attractions. The community is located next to the Lee Branch shopping center, where you can shop till you drop, or watch a movie at the AMC theater. Spend your day hiking or paddling your canoe at Oak Mountain. Take a 30-minute drive down 280 to Downtown Birmingham and visit the art museum, zoo, botanical gardens, or the McWane Science Center! Take a 20-minute drive down Hwy 280 for upscale shopping and dining at The Summit! 

Healthcare

Griffin Park is closest to Grandview Medical Center on Hwy 280. There are primary care offices and urgent care clinics, including American Family Care, in Greystone on Hwy 119 and Hwy 280. UAB Hospital and St. Vincent's are about a 30-minute drive down Hwy 280.
